Description

1. The crankshaft pulley damper is the power source to drive other engine accessories, relying on the transmission belt to drive the generator, water pump, compressor, etc. to operate.
2. In order to reduce the shock and vibration caused by the engine working, the ordinary all-iron pulley is cut into two parts, the inner and outer parts, and the middle (in the gap) between the inner and outer parts is filled with rubber. In this way, the power of the engine is first transmitted to the inner ring of the pulley, then to the middle layer of damping rubber, and then from the damping rubber to the outer ring. In this way, the vibration and noise of the engine will be reduced in the iron outer ring due to the rubber layer. Thereby reducing noise and alleviating vibration (impact force).
